Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully disassemble your machine and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a professional pickup for larger cardio equipment.

  Inspection and Refund
